Bookkeeper

PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF You have the required experience for this position DESCRIPTION Renvu is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team. The bookkeeper will work under our accounting manager and will be involved in different accounting activities. If you’re interested in working in a small and collaborative team, handling a wide variety of accounting tasks, Renvu is the place for you! Job Responsibilities - Requesting missing bills from vendors - Matching and recording credit card payments - Identifying and resolving vendor bill to PO mismatches - Identifying and clearing inventory GL errors due to AP billing software errors - Identifying missing transaction recordings in the financial system and recording them - Approving orders for fulfillment after customer payment has been received - Clearing errors identified by system searches - Support customers with information on billing, sales tax, payments and other accounting related issues - Other tasks as needed Qualifications The bookkeeper that we are looking for has: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance - At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, including AP and AR - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process - Excellent accounting software user and administration skills - Deep understanding of the overall financial cycle of a business and accounting best practices - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of general office applications: email, Adobe Acrobat, online banking, online credit cards, ERP system - Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive - Positive and energetic attitude - Very organized and responsible Advantage: - Netsuite experience - Upgrade to see actual info experience Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: M-F, 8 hours per day during the USA work day (east coast or west coast time, namely either 8pm-4am PHP or 11pm-7am PHP )
