Your Impact as a Marketing Coordinator:

1. Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and track marketing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
2. Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee the procurement process for marketing materials and services.
3. Project Management:
- Utilize project management tools such as Asana to track and manage marketing projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status and updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Manage marketing databases and maintain accurate records.
5. Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
6. Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in vendor management.
- Strong project management skills with familiarity using Asana or similar tools.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
