JOB OVERVIEW

We are on a mission to look for a stellar Digital Media Assistant ready to elevate their online presence and take charge of the digital realm. This role is all about handling the digital heavy lifting—managing podcasts, driving outbound outreach for speaker/podcast engagements, and overseeing content editing—allowing the client to focus on strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in amplifying their impact and expanding their reach across the digital landscape.

Your responsibilities include:
Podcast Management:
Guest Outreach and Communication:
Reach out to potential podcast guests via DM and email using a provided list
Gather email addresses and secure guest invitations
Send reminder texts to ensure guest attendance
Podcast Shadowing:
Sit in on podcast recordings, manage Riverside software, and ensure audio levels are balanced
Timestamp important parts of the podcast video if necessary
Oversee AI-based podcast editing and gradually expand your role in this area

Content Management:
Content Editing and Captioning:
Edit contents, add captions, and proofread using Capcut
Finalize content and send to content poster
Content Oversight:
Oversee the content poster to ensure content is distributed across all channels
Manage both the content poster and podcast editor, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery

Outreach and Engagement:
Cold Outreach for Speaking Engagements:
Conduct cold outreach to secure speaking engagements for the client at conferences and on podcasts
Use provided media packages for outreach via LinkedIn, website, email, and Instagram DMs
Social Media and Email Communication:
Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, website, email, and Instagram DMs
Monitor and respond to DMs related to podcast guest inquiries and coaching service sign-ups

Administrative Support:
Meeting Support:
Take notes during Zoom meetings, send action items, and prepare meeting agendas
Calendar Management:
Schedule personal and professional meetings, manage reminders, and oversee Calendly

Email
Management:
Manage incoming emails, including brand deal opportunities, coaching applicants, business inquiries, and team document reviews
Ensure that all important emails are handled promptly and efficiently
