Job Description: Yaalago CRM is looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Relations and Technical Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master communicator with a passion for technology, especially in the realm of CRM and development processes. This role requires excellent English skills (at least 8/10) and the ability to speak quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Regularly reach out to customers to inquire about their experience with Yaalago CRM. Offer and conduct demos to educate existing and prospective customers on the platform's features and benefits. Technical Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development team and customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Understand and communicate customer feedback and requirements to the development team. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
