Hiring Dispatchers for Amazon DSP - Long Term Stable Project

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancers to join our team and remotely manage the delivery operations for Amazon DSP. As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and assigning daily routes for drivers, ensuring timely and efficient package deliveries. You will also communicate with drivers, track their progress, and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, fluency is English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Pacific Time (Los Angeles) morning through late evening.

Intermediate-level dispatcher experience at Amazon DSP is preferred. In case of lack of relevant experience, we will look at the track-record in order to identify talented candidates. Training will be provided. Shifts are 6 to 8 hours long. Performance during the 90-day probation will be evaluated. Plenty of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign delivery routes for drivers
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates
- Track and monitor driver progress using delivery management software
- Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process
- Ensure timely and efficient package deliveries
- Assist virtually in hiring new drivers for the DSP and building a robust team delivering high-performance.
- Ability to obtain fantastic plus rating for the DSP through appropriate hiring, coaching and training the Amazon drivers.
