Job Description: We are seeking motivated and experienced Appointment Setters with a background in insurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products and services and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Utilize your insurance knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and successful client meetings. OUTREACH & MARKETING.


Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an appointment setting role, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in insurance or related fields are a plus.
