Part-time social media assistant for Los Angeles content creator and lifestyle influencer Melissa Meyers, Founder of “The Glow Girl (https://theglowgirllife.com/).

Melissa's passion to help women over 40 be the best version of themselves and live a more enhanced and cleaner life by offering her best tips. The blog and her social media cover lifestyle topics including clean beauty, fashion, wellness and travel.
 
Description: 
Seeking a qualified candidate help Melissa organize and execute all social media to support The Glow Girl platform. Must have exceptional organizational skills, be extremely meticulous, creative, tech savvy, and detail oriented. Experienced in all areas of social media including TikTok, obsessed with pop culture, has a passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness. Familiar with the influencer space and enjoys following bloggers for ideas and information.  
Tasks may include social media coordination, posting on Instagram and TikTok daily, caption writing, help with photo/content management, shooting/cutting reels. Keeping up with engagement lists and helping to answer comments. Must be extremely knowledgeable and comfortable with all forms of social media and have strong writing and communications skills. Committed to help building The Glow Girl brand as the premier platform for women 40+ across the US and beyond.  
Qualifications: 
Strong social media skills including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn 
Passionate about beauty, health, fitness, fashion, lifestyle 
Follows and is familiar with important fashion, beauty & lifestyle influencers 
Knowledge of Planoly, LTK, VSCO, InShot, social analytics, Facebook manager/ads 
Understands and is familiar with google analytics 
Good basic digital photography & videography skills - able to edit images for videos and reels 
Takes ownership of tasks including follow-up

The social media assistant will be responsible for the following:
Creating a social media calendar that is aligned with the brands calendar.
Organizing posts for the following social media platforms: Instagram (stories as well), Facebook (Facebook groups & stories), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and the growth and vision to expand in other platforms.
Creating content that aligns with the brand for Instagram and other platforms.
Engagement: Responding to comments and also writing comments on other accounts to create community. Responding to direct messages and organizing any inquiries for us to review. All while maintaining the Brand’s voice.

Content creation: Taking the purpose and voice of the brand in mind, you will be in charge of creating aligned content with collaborations, blogs, newsletters, the online academy that we have and overall message to keep the followers (audience) engaged, entertained and feel that they are reviewing clear information.

Video editing: A part of content creation is video (reels). Please be honest on your level of ability of editing and which platforms you use.

Caption copywriting: Writing adequate captions for each post that follows a standard. We are open for you to propose structures that elevate efficiency.
