Job Description:
Plenty RX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Acquisition Specialist/Sales Development Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to various pharmacies and medical facilities to gather specific information, including the names and emails of buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers at pharmacies and medical facilities.
Collect and record specific information, including names and email addresses of buyers.
Maintain a detailed log of calls and interactions.
Provide feedback and insights gathered from calls to the management team.
Achieve set targets and goals for information acquisition.


Qualifications

Proficient English Speaking Skills
Exceptional command of spoken and written English is essential, as this role involves discussing sensitive and technical topics related to medications.

Sales and Outbound Calling Experience
Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly with outbound calling, is highly desirable. A proven track record of achieving targets is a plus.

Outstanding Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with diverse clients.

Resilience and Positive Mindset
Ability to handle objections and rejections with professionalism, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude throughout.

Meticulous Attention to Detail
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong focus on accuracy to ensure high-quality interactions and follow-ups.

Comfortable working remotely in a self-directed environment, with the discipline to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
