Assistant / CSR - Mandarin!

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable assistant / customer support rep that speaks both English and Mandarin to join our team. You would be handling our Mandarin-facing customer base and helping shepherd them to the correct departments for technical and billing support as well as being a primary assistant to the c-suite. This is a remote position and looking for individuals seeking to work full-time hours.

Competency in English and Mandarin is a must!
