Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Agency Project Manager/Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager in a digital marketing agency, specifically with ClickUp project management software. They must speak English fluently without an accent. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background working with American clients.

This Position Includes:
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate new digital marketing projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables by utilizing ClickUp.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process & meeting for new clients.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding the company’s products, services, and customer base to create the most effective project templates.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Audit current project processes and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- Develop long- and short-term plans, including milestone targets and adherence to project deadlines.
- Work with management to establish project budgets.
- Supervising client marketing projects from beginning to end, reporting to the Operations Manager
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Regularly follow up and coach team members to ensure they meet their commitments.
- Creating reports on the progress of client projects to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Tracking employee productivity and workload, providing reports to management.
- Stay on top of all ClickUp updates and new features.

Qualifications:
- With excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with American Clients.
- With minimum two years experience in project management within a digital marketing company.
- Proficient in using ClickUp to organize tasks, set priorities, manage workflows, automate tasks, and enhance project efficiency.

Clickup, Go High Level, Zoom, Slack

Job Type: Full-Time 40 hrs Weekly

Pay: Starting Rate is $ 8/hr US Dollar
