Video Editor After Effects A Must

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video editing and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You must be able to be creative and do research for video music/audio/style. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of social media platforms as they will be responsible for posting content.

This job is not for short-form podcasts with subtitle edits. The primary work will be short action reels with great transitions and effects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Or Davinci Resolve.
• Perform color grading to enhance video aesthetics.
• Understand and apply motion graphics to videos.
• Create visually appealing graphics as needed.
• Post and manage content on various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Davinci Resolve.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of color grading and video motion.
• Strong ability to edit based on audio, like music.
• Sound engineering is a must (adding sound effects to drone shots, gun shots etc)
• Must be able to add animated text.
• Must know how to do effective speed ramping and slo-mo edits.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Please attach your portfolio for review. It must show a basic understanding of some sort of advanced editing. Not basic Podcast edits.

Candidates must be proficient in Adobe software, we will not consider canva.
