Job Description: Customer Success Manager
Key objective: To make sure customers continue using our online products, with initiatives and rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extend customer lifetime value through strategic initiatives and systematic follow-up.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to execute customer success strategies effectively.
- Passionate about delivering measurable results for customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Candidates with prior team lead experience are NOT preferred.
