Job Description:
As a Recruitment Coordinator with experience in VA hiring, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring virtual assistants for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in virtual assistant recruitment and hiring processes, you will ensure that we attract, select, and onboard top talent to meet our clients' needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their virtual assistant needs, including skills, qualifications, and job requirements.
Source and recruit virtual assistant candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review and screen virtual assistant resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for client roles.
Coordinate interviews between clients and virtual assistant candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Facilitate communication and feedback between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in virtual assistant recruitment and hiring.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring virtual assistants or remote workers.
Strong understanding of virtual assistant roles, skills, and qualifications, as well as the virtual assistant market.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring high-quality virtual assistant candidates for diverse client needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
