Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Schedule and manage social media posts
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns
Create engaging content for social media and emails
Monitor social media for trends and engagement opportunities
Maintain customer databases and CRM systems
Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:
Experience with inbound/outbound calls
Social media and email marketing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with social media platforms and tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
