Social Media Content Creator/Manager

Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (9AM to 5PM EST) to transition to midshift (4AM to 12PM EST) once you get the hang of the job.
Salary: $3/hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Creator/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is skilled in navigating social media trends and tools, particularly the Meta Business Suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and creating content effectively to grow audience engagement and ensuring the seamless execution of social media strategies.

IMPORTANT: We are not looking for a video editor. We are looking for someone who will create the idea behind the post, and WRITE the copy and captions for the reels, stories and carousels.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube and TikTok platforms.
• Experience in creating content for growth and engagement on various social platforms.
• Experience in creating copy for carousels, reels, and stories.
• Strong copywriting skills is a must.
• Strong understanding of social media video quality and best practices.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between the business owner’s personal assistant and the content team.
• Create reel ideas, photo stories with copy, and carousels aligned with the brand.
• Conduct quality checks on all reels and videos upon completion.
• Schedule reels, carousels and stories strategically on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content flow.
• Coordinate with video editors to maintain a minimum 30-day buffer of ready-to-publish videos.
• Compute and manage compensation details for video editors.
