Receptionist and Administration

Due to a period of development and growth LifeStyle are now looking to recruit a number of experienced Receptionists and particularly those that have excellent client communication skills to join their dedicated and close-nit team.

Who are we:

LifeStyle are probably North Bristol's most active Letting & Estate Agents. We have been serving the local area for over 30 years and have established relationships with clients, partners and tenants.

We take care of over 1000 Landlords with approximately 3000 units that result in a fair number of daily rent payments that require processing.

We pride ourselves on having family roots and our staff turnover is extremely low. We are a team. We work hard, respect each other and enjoy the journey - together!

Responsibilities of the role:

Be the first port of call for telephone queries, filtering and ensuring calls are matched to the correct destination.

You will overtime be able to decipher the priorty of calls and even collect some data into the company CRM.

You will be able to assist clients with simple information eg what are our opening hours ?
Or calling them back when a colleague becomes available.

You will be customer and client focussed and strive to have brilliant relationships with all.

You will be liaising with tenants and landlords.

You will be timely and not afraid of dealing with clients on the telephone or email.
