Job Overview:
The Account Manager is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. They are responsible for overseeing client campaigns, developing strategies for optimal results and must excel in generating results for clients, exhibiting expertise in areas such as SEO, PPC, website conversion and lead generation.

The position includes:
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Account Management: Understand the client's business objectives, industry challenges and pain points to tailor solutions and offerings effectively.
- Strategic Planning Develop account strategies and action plans to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Generate reports and analysis to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Customer Feedback: Collect qualitative feedback from customers regarding their support experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients at least once per month to review reports, progress & plan going forward
- If a meeting can’t be arranged then an email recap should be sent each month
- Develop a strategy for each client quarterly
- Make sure meetings with clients are notated on Clickup
- Update chart of accounts along with status
- Respond to client emails on a proactive basis
- Answer client inbound calls & deal with requests as needed
- Document customer service request & follow through on open items for clients
- Follow up on customer service requests weekly to ensure they are in progress & close the loop with clients

Qualification:
- Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills are required to convey information clearly.
- Must have experience working in a Digital Marketing industry.
- Prior experience in customer service, support or a related field is preferred.
- Technical skills and proficiency in using software applications and Go-High Level CRM to assist customers and navigate support processes efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and customer needs, while maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong analytical problem- solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Has a positive attitude- enthusiasm and a customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-Time 40 hrs Weekly

Pay: Starting Rate is $8/hr US Dollar
