Job Title: AP Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong background in bank reconciliations, vendor management, and project tasking. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Buildertrend, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accounts Payable: Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payments.
* Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
* Vendor Management: Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
* Project Tasking: Assign and manage tickets related to various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* System Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Buildertrend to manage financial data and project tasks.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related roles.
* Strong proficiency in bank reconciliation and vendor management.
* Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Buildertrend is required.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
