Social Media VA

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and manage our presence on various social
media platforms. This role involves planning, project management, customer service, and
creating content.

Hours of Work:
Start with 20 hours per week, with the potential for more hours in the future.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Create, edit, and post photo/video content for all Dear Valentine’s social media
platforms.
? Respond promptly to comments and customer queries.
? Stay current with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
? Manage the development of creative content across multiple platforms, including
Instagram, Pinterest, and email newsletters.
? Develop and execute a content calendar and distribution schedule to maximize exposure
for the Dear Valentine brand.
? Devise strategies and tactics to enhance online sharing of Dear Valentine content
through Instagram, and other channels.
? Increase followers and subscribers on Dear Valentine social media pages

Key Qualifications & Skills:
? Proven experience in managing social media across multiple platforms.
? Familiarity with native posting tools for various social media platforms.
? Basic photo-editing and video editing skills
? Proficiency with Canva
? Proficiency in SEO and content marketing strategies.
? Graphic design and web design skills are a plus.
? Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms is preferred but not
required.
? Ability to problem-solve, experiment, and seek solutions independently.
? Proactive self-starter with excellent initiative and follow-through.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
