Architect/ REVIT Drafter

Residential architectural firm seeking a motivated individual with experience in architecture, engineering, construction. Preferably with some previous experience working with a US based firm with familiarity with local building codes. REVIT experience is a must.

Individual would need to be able to handle all aspects of preparing construction documents as needed, from floor plans, sections, elevations, roof plans, site plans.

Ability to prepare drawings and models in both Revit or Autocad
Ability to output fully rendered designs
Ability to assist with construction quantity and cost surveying
Handle plan check comments
Assist with project management
Must be detail-oriented and thorough with work.
