Job Description: Short-Term Engagement for eLearning Module Development

Position: eLearning Module Developer

Engagement Type: Short-Term Contract (KPI-Delivery Based)

Location: Remote

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in eLearning Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality eLearning modules using a range of eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms, including but not limited to Adobe Captivate, Kajabi, Rise360, and AI-based tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and create engaging and interactive content that meets those objectives.
• Ensure the eLearning modules are SCORM compliant and compatible with various LMS platforms.
• Review and test modules to ensure they meet the required standards and are free of technical issues.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and meet agreed-upon KPIs.
• Make revisions based on feedback to ensure the final product meets all specified requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing eLearning modules.
• Proven experience with common eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms including Adobe Captivate, Kajabi, Rise360, and AI-based tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previously developed eLearning modules.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to create high-quality, engaging, and interactive eLearning content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
