We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You will manage incoming customer feedback and requests via
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries via
Assess and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Build customer loyalty through empathy, positivity, trust, and strong relationship-building skills.
Organize and analyze user feedback.
Track frequently asked questions and create support resources.
Collaborate with our Cosmetic Data Quality Admin to expand our product database.
Experience & Qualifications:
Professional, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Excellent written communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Customer experience skills are essential; familiarity with HelpScout is a plus.
Growth-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience with
Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of the skincare and beauty industry.
