The Role: Executive Assistant - This role will work directly with Ciaran the CEO to help with emails, scheduling meetings, plan vacations, data entry for health and finances, online ordering, Google Drive organization, outreach, and help out with personal tasks.

Pay: This is PART-TIME position paying $7/hr depending on years of experience
Location: The position is remote and the ideal candidate will be on Pacific USA time.
Required: You have 2+ yrs of full-time EA USA-based experience

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

- You have at least 2 years of experience of successfully being an Executive Assistant, preferably of an E-Commerce CEO/Executive, with a proven track record of saving time and keeping an Executive organized and on track.
- Tech Savvy: You have a strong understanding of online technologies, including but not limited to: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, etc.), Google Mail, Google Calendar, Calendly, Asana, Instagram etc.
- You have confidently interacted with outside people/parties as it relates to the CEO’s daily communications, scheduling, and requirements.
- You have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.

Influencers and Affiliates
- Outreach to influencers
- Gmass mass cold email
- Uppromote management

Shopify
Editing images and uploading
Changes to site
Hiring people and interviewing them


Email
and Communication Management:
-Handling and filtering incoming emails.
-Unsubscribing from marketing emails and managing spam
-Responding to important emails and setting up follow-ups.
-Scheduling emails and managing appointments using tools like Calendly.
-Managing off-site meeting logistics, including scheduling and follow-ups.

Personal Tracking and Admin:
-Inputting health tracking information and habits into a spreadsheet.
-Conducting research and scheduling networking and social events.
-Booking appointments for personal tasks, such as barbers or surgeries.
-Managing dating app messages and setting up dates.
-Assisting with outreach and communication on Instagram.

Vacations and Logistics Planning:
-Researching and finding the best prices for flights and accommodations.
-Planning trip itineraries, including activities and cost-saving options.
-Handling flight and accommodation bookings and cancellations.
-Maximizing travel points for first-class travel when applicable.
-Assisting with planning and messaging for various events and retreats.

Online Ordering and Gift Management:
-Handling online orders for various personal items.
-Booking cars and purchasing eBike parts as needed.
-Managing returns and gift giving, including instructions and QR codes.
-Keeping track of online purchases and expenses.
-Venmo-related financial tasks, such as tracking and communication.

Google Drive, Systems, and Recruitment Support:
-Organizing and maintaining files in Google Drive and other systems.
-Creating and optimizing file structures for easy access.
-Assisting with recruitment tasks, including screening interviews and background checks.
-Supporting new hire onboarding and employee training.
-Providing assistance with performance review processes.
