Job Overview:
The Virtual Assistant - Google Ads Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and generate sales for our online supplement store. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy for maximum click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements based on data analysis.
Ad Copy and Creative Development:

Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives, including images and videos.
A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
Implement successful test results and iterate on unsuccessful tests for continuous improvement.
Audience Targeting:

Identify and target specific customer segments to enhance ad relevance and improve conversion rates.
Utilize remarketing strategies to re-engage previous website visitors and increase conversion opportunities.
Budget Management:

Manage and allocate the advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor daily and monthly budget caps and adjust bids to ensure efficient spend.
Compliance and Best Practices:

Stay updated on Google Ads policies and industry best practices.
Ensure all campaigns comply with Google’s advertising policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce or supplement industry.
Proven track record of driving significant ROI through Google Ads.
Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
