Facebook Ads for Lead generation campaign - Day Shift

We are looking for a passionate FULL-Time Facebook Ads Manager / Media Buyer.

**Responsibilities:**
- You do NOT need to write ad content , design graphics, or edit videos
- Test, test, and test different videos, images, content, etc until they convert
- Optimise existing and new ads to increase conversions
- Ensure congruency across all ads, landing pages, content, etc
- Work with developers to set up general tracking, conversion tracking, etc for every account
- Convert cold/warm traffic into subscribers, leads (with name, email & phone number), members of a Facebook group, or to a sale (depending on the account)

**Expected Expertise:**
- Fast and reliable internet
- Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday) - Not applicable for people wanting a part time/gig job
- Facebook ads & Instagram ads
- Proven solid work experience of 2+ years
