Direct Message Setter (DM Setter)

 The Direct Message Setter (DM Setter) will be responsible for answering all Instagram DM’s for the Client. The DM Setter will be in charge of answering inquiries, questions and getting to the bottom of what the customer's goal will be.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond to all Instagram DMs (All ads are DM ads)
Have genuine conversations with customers or leads.
Leave notes on the person, to exploit what the goal is. That way when a closer gets on the phone, they know exactly what they are looking for with that specific person.
Following up on unresponsive people who reached out.


Qualifications:

Experience with DM setting or appointment or any similar work.
Able to converse in a professional way.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Organizational skills is a must
Willing to work in broken schedule [2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening]
