VA Video Editing, SMM Posting, Personal Assistance - Los Angeles PST Time zone

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to join our team in PST CA. This role offers a flexible schedule with growth opportunities for the right candidate. It will be challenging to balance this role with another job.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We need a responsible, punctual individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your role as our right-hand person requires availability day and night, ensuring smooth operations.

Work Schedule:
6 days a week
4 PM - 1 AM PST California Time (7 AM - 4 PM Manila Time)
One day off (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay: $200 per month
Potential growth: Up to $500 per month based on performance and skills
Payment frequency: Weekly initially, then bi-weekly or monthly
Career advancement opportunities to managerial roles

Probationary Period:
Initial 1-month probationary period to assess suitability
Daily evening reports summarizing the day's work required

Primary Responsibilities:
Video editing, content management across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other)
Instagram, Tiktok, FB and other platforms Ads management and analytics.
Proficiency in ChatGPT, Cup Cut, video editing and photo editing tools, Google Translate for communications.
Basic HR support and scheduling interviews.
Household management and vendor coordination
Travel arrangements, errands, and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:
Experience in video editing and content creation
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with social media platforms
