JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities
through outbound activities. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role in our sales
and marketing teams, helping to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

? Research and Identify Leads:
? Conduct market research to identify potential customers and segments.
? Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and insights on
prospective clients.
? Outbound Lead Generation:
? Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies including cold calling,

email
ing, and social media outreach.
? Qualify leads through initial contact and assess their potential value to the
company.
Lead Nurturing:
? Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and
communication.
? Provide prospects with relevant information and resources to move them through the
sales pipeline.
CRM Management:
? Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information about leads
and prospects.
? Track lead generation metrics and report on the effectiveness of lead generation
campaigns.
Collaboration:
? Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with
high-quality leads.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies
and campaigns.

Qualifications

? Education:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
? Experience:
? Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
? Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce,
HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

? Skills:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Excellent research and analytical skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Desired Competencies
? Technical Proficiency:
? Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Personal Attributes:
? Highly motivated and self-driven.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Adaptable and able to handle rejection and pressure.
