Residential Property Manager

Graveyard shift

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of properties located in California. The role involves managing tenant inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Strong communication skills and efficient multitasking are essential for success in this remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations:
- Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Service Coordination:
- Log and prioritize service requests from tenants.
- Coordinate with on-site maintenance teams and contractors.
- Provide regular updates to tenants on the status of their requests.
- Manage and coordinate emergency situations as required.
- Engage with tenants to enhance their rental experience.

Property Maintenance:
- Schedule inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor property conditions and identify areas for improvement.

Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and activities.
- Assist in lease agreements and renewals.

Qualifications:
-Yardi Voyager or Appfolio experience is a huge plus!
- Experience in property management or related roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and remote communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- SPANISH SPEAKING IS A HUGE PLUS


Conditions:
- Consistent internet and a suitable workspace.
- Must have experience working the graveyard shift. This is 9AM-5:30PM Pacific Standard Time
- Spanish speaking is a huge plus!
