VA to Organize & Create Images for an Education Blog

We seek a talented and dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our online business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education and experience with various digital tools and platforms, including Canva, WordPress, and social media scheduling tools.

I will be paying $4 for this position to start and increase the pay as I see the work quality and communication. I will be using Easy Pay, and I will ask you to use TImeproof for several months. If you are not on board with any of these stipulations, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:
* Organize our Canva account for easy access to images.
* Resize images and update or modify layouts as needed.
* Create engaging and visually appealing Pinterest images.
* Schedule images to Pinterest using the native Pinterest scheduler.
* Schedule posts on Instagram using the Instagram scheduler.
* Revise or write SEO-friendly blog posts.
* Revise titles and descriptions on TpT to be SEO-friendly.

You will watch a video on Loom, create an SOP in Google Docs, and execute it. Most tasks to start will be on Canva, Airtable, and Pinterest, possibly WordPress.

Requirements:
* Proficient in Canva, WordPress, Airtable, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google Docs. Ideally also have access to Keynote on a Mac.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to create visually appealing graphics and images.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices for blog writing.
* Background in elementary education is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
