Social Media Specialist (Work from Home) - 5 yrs Exp. REQ.

Job Description:
The Social Media Specialist focuses on planning and executing paid Internet marketing campaigns for our clients. She will own the client accounts, which requires constant client communication and relationship management. Social Media Ads expert is responsible for building and monitoring marketing campaigns on the Social Media Advertising platform.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Plans and manages Social Media ad campaigns;
Creates graphics and produces content;
Analyzes campaign performance and executes optimization;
Stays up to date with the latest Social Media Advertising best practices;
Constantly checks Social Media ad campaigns to guarantee that they are running properly;
Conducts research for new social media content;
Meets regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and concerns;
Performs ad-hoc requirements set by the department;
Reports directly to the Social Media Manager.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree holder of any related course is a plus but not required.
5-10 years related experience
Must have experience producing content for Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Skilled and proficient with the following software: Canva, ChatGPT
Must be analytical and highly creative with a sense of humor
Has a superior Work Ethic / Trustworthy
Confident in communicating with clients over email and calls.
Should be a team player.
Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
Must have the following:
Own computer unit and backup;
Stable postpaid internet connection and backup;
Backup power supply.

A Plus:
Knowledgeable and well-experience in Graphic Design, Image Editing, Video Production/Editing, and Vector Animation Production/Editing
Skilled and proficient with the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
