Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Fully remote.

Schedule: Part-time. 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule, with at least some overlap with US eastern time zone working hours (9am-5pm EST).

Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Coastal Partners. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, support our business development efforts, and communicate our value proposition to our audience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is resourceful and able to work with limited instructions.

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media (primarily Linkedin), email campaigns, and youtube channel.
Collaborate with the CP team to create targeted marketing materials and presentations.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on effectiveness.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Manage projects with external partners (compensation surveys, quarterly reports, etc.)
Edit and produce videos for various marketing campaigns.

Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, and specifically video editing.
Experience within private equity, financial services, or recruiting industry a plus, but not required.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Canva, Upgrade to see actual info, or equivalents)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful and work with limited instructions.
