Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and reaching out to prospects through Instagram, sending DMs and Loom videos, and booking calls with potential clients. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and can manage time efficiently to meet daily outreach targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Use various strategies to identify quality prospects to reach out to on Instagram.
Direct Messaging (DM): SendUpgrade to see actual infopersonalized direct messages per day to prospects on Instagram, following provided scripts and adapting as necessary to engage effectively.
Video Outreach: Send 2-3 minute Loom videos to prospects to introduce our services and provide value.
Call Booking: Schedule appointments and calls with interested prospects, ensuring calendar alignment with the client's availability.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely and professional follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, outreach metrics, and appointment statuses. Provide regular updates to the team on progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to craft personalized messages and engage prospects effectively.
Proficiency with Instagram and familiarity with its direct messaging features.
Very strong understanding of the English language
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities within the allocated time.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay focused on achieving daily targets.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust working hours to be within a few hours of the client’s time zone.
