Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning and a proven track record of managing Salesforce environments. This role is crucial in ensuring our Salesforce operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including Field Service Lightning.
Customize and optimize Salesforce to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
Provide support to team members on Salesforce best practices.
Ensure data integrity and implement data management best practices.
Stay updated on Salesforce updates and new features.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, profiles, and roles.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Work Arrangement:
This position is remote, and specific work hours will be discussed with the selected candidate.
