Software Product / Project Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Tech Product/Project Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, driving our software projects from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
Manage project timelines, resources, and scope using agile methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Prioritize features and create detailed product specifications
Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure product quality
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software project management
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of delivering successful software products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies
Knowledge of supply chain software management
A track record of applying first-principles thinking to solve complex problems
Demonstrated ability to foster transparent and empathetic team environments
