Customer Support Agent & Influencer Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join, and become a very important part of our small and friendly team as a Customer Support Agent & Influencer Outreach Specialist.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

* Handle customer support tickets from our website (blancspace.com) using the Richpanel helpdesk system.
* Respond to customer support tickets from Amazon customers promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Influencer Outreach:

* Identify and find relevant influencers for our brand.
* Perform outreach to influencers using our CRM system.
* Coordinate product seeding to influencers and manage follow-ups.
* Track and report the performance of influencer partnerships.

Hours & Pay :
* Full Time - 8 Hours per day
* Monday - Friday
* $5 per Hour
* 13th Month Pay

Requirements:

* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with email, CRM systems, and helpdesk software.
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Previous experience in influencer outreach.
* Previous Experience in Shopify order management.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* A reliable and fast internet connection.
* A good computer system capable of handling multiple tasks.

Training:

* Initial training period / trail of 1 month will be conducted during GMT timezone hours.
* After training, you can transition to working in the PH timezone if you prefer.
