Role Description:

Full Scale seeks an experienced Compliance Officer specializing in PEZA, BOC, BFP, OBO, Business Permit, and Sanitary Permit compliance. This role ensures that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies set forth by various government agencies. The Compliance Officer is instrumental in maintaining ethical standards, legal integrity, and operational efficiency within the organization, specifically emphasizing activities related to PEZA-designated zones and other regulatory bodies.

COMPLIANCE AND ADMIN OFFICER

Qualifications:
1. In-depth knowledge of regulations from PEZA, BOC, BFP, OBO, local government units, and other relevant agencies.
2. Strong analytical and research skills, with a focus on compliance requirements specific to each regulatory body.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field is a plus, with a preference for experience in PEZA and other related compliance areas.
7. Familiarity with the broader landscape of government regulations, including those outside PEZA, BOC, BFP, OBO, Business Permit, and Sanitary Permit, is beneficial.

Responsibilities:
1. Stay updated about the latest PEZA regulations, incentives, and policies that impact our organization.
2. Ensure adherence to the regulations set by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) regarding imports, exports, and customs clearance.
3. Enforce and oversee compliance with fire safety regulations established by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
4. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations set by the Office of the Building Official (OBO).
5. Oversee the acquisition and renewal of Business Permits and Sanitary Permits. Ensure compliance with local government requirements for business operations.
6. Lead in developing and implementing policies and procedures tailored to meet compliance standards for PEZA, BOC, BFP, OBO, Business Permit, and Sanitary Permit.
7. Regularly monitor and audit internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations from PEZA, BOC, BFP, OBO, and other relevant agencies.
8. Prepare specialized reports detailing the organization's compliance status with regulations from various government agencies.
9. Submit reports to PEZA, BOC, BFP, OBO, and other relevant authorities as required.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, ensuring readiness for audits and inspections from various regulatory bodies.
11. Manage the process of obtaining building gate passes for equipment coming in and out of the office, ensuring all equipment movements comply with security and regulatory requirements.
12. Manage the procurement of office supplies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
