Experienced Executive Assistant

Hi there!

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Executive assistant to join our team. We hire for fit first, so we're looking for the right person who will fit into our culture and environment.

You MUST have at least 2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant. WE ARE NOT looking for beginners or an entry level person.

Some of the tasks you will complete include:

-Provide high-level administrative support.
-Manage emails, calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
-Prepare and revise documents, reports, and presentations.
-Point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
-Do thorough research and compile data as needed by the executive.
-Involved in the planning and execution of different company policies, events and meetings.
-Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them.
-Manage and prioritize incoming communication.
