Position Overview:
-Global Hiring is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our clients' financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping and reporting. This role involves working closely with the accounting team to maintain financial data integrity and provide essential support for day-to-day financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with day-to-day accounting
-Process accounts payable and receivable
-Perform account reconciliations
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
-Assist with the preparation of financial statements
-Support the team with admin tasks
Qualifications:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
-3+ years of experience in accounting or a related role.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
-Strong knowledge of Spreadsheet
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
