Key Responsibilities:
-Developing written and visual content for promotional materials such as flyers, websites, and social media under supervision
-Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, including tasks like scheduling social media posts, monitoring campaign performance, and compiling reports.
-Assisting in conducting market research activities, such as gathering data, analyzing trends, and preparing summary reports.
-Handling customer inquiries related to marketing materials and providing basic information or forwarding to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for more complex issues.
-Updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventory with marketing-related data and information.
-Providing first-level support for marketing-related software and tools, such as assisting with user issues or basic troubleshooting.

-Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills in internal and client-facing communications.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to think creatively and analytically.
-Proficiency in marketing software or platform tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, Mailchimp, Canva).
-Strong organizational skills.
