Telemarketer / Sales

Full-time off-site (Work from Home) role for a Telemarketer at Payless Desktop Publishing Services P/L which has been established for over 20 years. We offer a full range of website and Google search engine services, Security Services and DJ Services.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketer to join our remote team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to our dynamic sales and marketing efforts.

Working hours are Mon- Fri from 7 am - 3 pm Philippine time. (DST will be 6 am – 2 pm)

Qualifications:

• Must have a quiet working environment, a noise cancelling headset, with a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps for upload and 25 Mbps for download speed. (back up ISP is a plus.)
• Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year experience in Telemarketing or sales.
• Knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheets is a must.
• Should be a problem solver, able to multitask, self-motivated & quick learner.

Tasks:
• Will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound calls to potential customers
• Appointment Scheduling and Sales calls whilst keeping databases updated accordingly.
• Providing information and customer service
• Generating sales leads.
• Other Adhoc services as required.

Compensation:
• Base Pay: PHP100 per hour
• Commission: Daily and monthly commissions, potential to earn up to PHP30,000 per month
