Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, blog posts, and marketing materials.
Design event invitations, promotional materials, and other collateral as needed.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms
Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately.
Social Media Analytics:
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Use insights to optimize content and strategies to achieve better results.
Content Writing and Creation:
Write and edit compelling content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and editorial calendars.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
