QuickBooks Online Accountant and Bookkeeper

About Us: We are a dynamic company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Online Accountant and Bookkeeper to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and prefer experience with Upgrade to see actual info, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.

Responsibilities:
Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
Month-End Journal Entries: Prepare and post month-end journal entries to maintain financial integrity.
Accounts Receivable Management: Record invoices and receivables in QBO and match payments to accounts receivable.
Accounts Payable Management: Ensure integration from Upgrade to see actual info and QBO are accounted for correctly. .
Upgrade to see actual info, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central: Utilize these platforms for efficient financial management and integration.
Excel Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a QuickBooks Online Accountant and Bookkeeper.
Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in QuickBooks Online.
Experience with e-commerce and online retail accounting.
Prior experience working in a remote setting.
Bonus if proficient in Excel.
