SEO Expert - Freelance, Paid Per Client, Flexible

We're looking for an SEO Expert with a proven track record to join us in increasing organic Google traffic and conversions for our clients. Our clients are top-performing residential real estate agents in Canada. We want their websites to attract people who want to sell their homes.

To qualify for this role, you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English. The working hours for this position are completely flexible, but we hope you will be available for around 10-20 hours per week.

You will be paid $300 CAD per client per month, and we currently have 4 clients for you to work on.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate previous success with local SEO recently. Please include links to successful sites you've worked on, and feel free to give us as much detail as you can about your strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for gaining relevant traffic and conversions through:
- Local SEO/GBP.
- On-page SEO.
- Off-page SEO.

Information about Local SEO:
- We have a process for optimizing GBP profiles. You can use it or add to it.
- We use BrightLocal for tracking and most citation building. You can also build citations manually if you wish.

Information about On-page SEO:
- Articles are written and published by a writer; you will not need to research or plan content.
- Our websites are based on WordPress and use SEOpress Pro and Elementor.
- We have a designer and developer you can work with as needed.
- We can't use spam tactics because appearance is important to our clients.

Information about Off-page SEO:
- You will build guest posts and link insertions using a dedicated budget per client.
- A writer will provide guest post content for the topic you provide.

We're open to using your methods and tools, provided you can demonstrate past success with them. Some of the tools you'll have access to initially: GSC, GA, GTM, G Suite, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Frase, Neuron Writer, Team-GPT.

What we're NOT looking for:
- Technical SEO.
- Article writers.
- An SEO agency.
- Link builders.

We're looking for someone with the following attributes:
- Excellent written English skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Desire to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous agency experience is considered an asset.
