Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in software-as-a-service (SaaS) deployment, especially with GoHighLevel. The candidate should have a basic understanding of JavaScript and CSS, and proficiency in Upgrade to see actual info (similar to Zapier). This role demands robust project management skills, including client-facing responsibilities, automation, and ClickUp administration.

Responsibilities:

- Implement client requests in GoHighLevel, including the use of automation tools and integration platforms such as Upgrade to see actual info.
- Manage and optimise project management processes within ClickUp, ensuring efficient task delegation and team coordination.
- Develop and oversee client-facing interactions, ensuring all client requirements are met with high standards of service.
- Utilise technical skills in JavaScript and CSS to manage and troubleshoot project challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team, delegating tasks effectively and overseeing project progress.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain proficient in all necessary tools and technologies, including Upgrade to see actual info and other automation platforms.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in project management within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in GoHighLevel, with a strong understanding of its deployment and automation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Upgrade to see actual info or a similar automation tool; ability to quickly master new platforms.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and directing project teams.
- Excellent communication and client service skills, capable of managing client interactions smoothly and effectively.
- Experienced in using ClickUp for project management and team collaboration.
- Systematic and strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
