Skayl is looking for an expert SEO Manager to join our growing team!

Are you an SEO expert with at least 3 years of experience? Do you thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy collaborating with clients across the UK and USA? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At Skayl, a fast-paced digital marketing agency based in the UK, you'll lead the charge in developing and implementing SEO strategies for our key e-commerce clients. We offer a supportive team environment with a Performance Marketing Director and Account Managers to help you achieve outstanding results.

Here's what you'll be doing:

-Craft and execute winning SEO plans to boost website rankings, traffic, and conversions.
-Stay on top of the latest SEO trends and leverage the best tools available.
-Build strong relationships with our clients and ensure clear communication.
-Drive innovation by testing new strategies and working closely with our paid media team.
-Oversee SEO campaign performance and maintain best practices.
-Manage SEO tasks and delegate effectively within the team.
-Analyze data thoroughly, conduct audits, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
-Report key metrics and campaign performance to leadership and clients.

To be successful, you'll need:

-3+ years of experience in SEO, with expertise in both strategy and execution.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-A keen eye for detail and a commitment to optimizing performance.
-The ability to analyze complex marketing and website data.
-Strong forecasting and planning skills.
-Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Exceptional technical SEO skills, including website health, Core Web Vitals, hreflang tags, website speed, and structured data.
-A solid understanding of Content Marketing and PPC, and how they work with SEO.
-Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
-Expertise in advanced SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
