Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time with opportunity to be full-time
Compensation: $1,750 - $2,000/month based on experience
Working Hours: Must be available from 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM CST, Monday, Wednesday, Friday (except holidays) to engage on LinkedIn for the algorithm boost.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is integral in supporting our content strategy, enhancing our online presence, and creating marketing collateral for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with specific skills in social media graphic design, podcast editing, blog writing, email campaigns, social media commenting, and landing page creation within Kajabi.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design engaging social media graphics, edit podcasts, write compelling blogs, and craft email campaigns.
Social Media Management: Engage on LinkedIn during specified hours to boost algorithm performance, research and comment on relevant topics, and maintain a consistent presence.
SEO & User Experience: Improve website SEO and user experience to drive traffic and engagement.
Landing Pages: Create and manage landing pages within Kajabi to support various campaigns.
Client Collateral: Develop marketing materials for JYC clients, including LinkedIn banners, job search portfolios, workshop guidebooks, Google Sheets, and one-pagers.
Content Batching: Research career, job search, and executive leadership topics to support quarterly content batching.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
Proficiency in Kajabi and LinkedIn is essential.
Strong skills in graphic design, podcast editing, blog writing, and email campaign creation.
Experience in improving SEO and user experience.
Ability to create compelling marketing collateral.
Excellent research skills and ability to batch content.
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
VPN required to ensure secure and reliable access.
