Overview:

Requirements:
• Have worked as a project manager before, overseeing multiple other people, deadlines, and production schedules.
• Have an understanding of podcasts or Youtube channels, how they work, the process of editing and production.
• An attitude of being hungry and driven to success, and a desire to be curious and learn continuously.
• Incredible communication skills - needs to be able to lead a team and explain things concisely and clearly, as well as communicate with clients.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, Canva, YouTube Studio
• Available to work weekends and eventually transition to full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee podcast production (audio editing, video editing, episode descriptions, content creation, publishing of episodes)
- Ensure all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are aware of and meet deadlines
- Address teaUpgrade to see actual infombers' questions regarding their tasks
- Perform quality control on all content created by the team
- Prepare and manage essential podcast documentation and templates
- Assist the COO with tasks as needed
- Organize and secure all podcast-related files and materials
- Ensure seamless communication across team channels like Slack and Upgrade to see actual info
