Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
-Proven track record in outbound sales and win-back campaigns.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be HIPAA and PCI compliant.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
