JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join our team. This role involves answering phone calls, chats, and emails, handling outbound sales, and conducting win-back reach-outs. The ideal candidate must be HIPAA and PCI compliant to ensure the highest standards of data security and privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Support: Respond to phone calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
-Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
-Win-Back Campaigns: Reach out to former customers to re-engage them and win back their business.
-Compliance: Ensure all interactions and transactions comply with HIPAA and PCI standards.
-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
-Proven track record in outbound sales and win-back campaigns.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be HIPAA and PCI compliant.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
