US E-commerce/ retail company is looking for:

Job Role: Marketing Coordinator

*Full-time
*Overlap US CST hours
*Competitive package and offers reimbursement for PhilHealth, SSS, HMO, and 13th Month Pay

Responsibilities:
> Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring 3 campaigns per week per channel with detailed plans one month in advance and high-level plans for three months.
> Collaborate with the team for consistent execution of campaigns across channels.
> Prepare for trade shows like High Point and Las Vegas Market, completing tasks at least two weeks in advance.
> Propose 4-5 new marketing concepts weekly, aiming to incorporate 2-3 ideas.
> Achieve 30 trade applications per week through focused marketing.
> Create a weekly competitive research report on industry trends and competitors.
> Analyze data and research to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
> Organize and maintain a repository of marketing assets for easy team access.
> Assist the Marketing Director with various tasks as needed.

Requirements:
> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
> 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry.
> Proven experience managing marketing calendars and coordinating campaigns.
> Familiarity with different marketing channels, including digital and traditional platforms.
> Proficient with marketing tools like email platforms, social media tools, and analytics software.
> Excellent communication skills for working with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and external partners.
> Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
